Privacy
When you choose to use an account or place an order, the service may process information you provide such as phone number, email or username, session information, order details and information necessary to support the transaction. Data is used to operate accounts, protect security, process orders, support customers and meet obligations that apply to transactions.
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, inquiry type and message. We store these details and the consent time so authorized staff can handle and respond to your request. Hashed connection/contact information is used for rate limits to reduce abuse. Do not send passwords, OTP codes or payment details in the form. Use the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion of your information; we need to verify the requester before processing.
Account control
You can request account closure from the Account Center. Once an eligible request is accepted, the account and associated account data are deleted or disabled through the system workflow. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution obligations.
Terms of use
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials and using the service lawfully. Price, stock, delivery and transaction terms are confirmed from the information shown or confirmed when an order is placed. No customer-facing function on this site can self-promote a customer account to Staff/Admin.
Security
The service uses session and role controls. Do not share passwords or OTP codes. If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke other sessions and contact the brand's official support channel.
